We are happy to announce that we have migrated to a new Online Help Desk system. There is now a Help Desk link on the Home Page and in the banner, This link will direct you to the help desk.

There are two tabs in the Help Desk; Tickets, and Knowledge base. The Tickets tab is where you submit, view, and update your help tickets. The Knowledge base tab is where you will find help documents for common issues. Existing Help Tickets, will still be available through the Contact link in the OPSC banner, but you will not be able to submit new tickets.

New Features for Help Tickets:
  • Automatic notification anytime a ticket has been updated.
  • The ability to set your contact preferences for a ticket (email, phone, in person)
  • You can attach files and embed pictures into the help ticket.
  • Enhanced tracking and monitoring of tickets to increase response timeliness.

NOTICE: If you are having problems logging in and you are using Internet Explorer, you might need to change your compatibility settings.

  • Click the Tools button in the upper right hand of your screen (Or hit “Alt” on your keyboard and click “Tools” in the upper left).
  • Click Compatibility View settings.
  • Under Add this website, ensure is entered, and then click “Add” and “Close”.
